NTS - NAT Preparation


In this article I will guide you through to the National Aptitude Test (NAT) test held by NTS organization. Lets start off with some brief introduction.

Intro:
National Testing Service (NTS) is a Pakistani organization that conducts performance evaluation tests. Its pretty much same as the Educational Testing Service (ETS) of USA. The NTS consists of two major test types, National Aptitude Test (NAT) for students seeking admissions in undergraduate courses and Graduate Assessment Test (GAT) for students seeking Graduate or Post-graduate admissions. Both of the tests are valid till a duration period of one year. 

Test Pattern:


English-20 Marks 
Analytical Questions-20 Marks
Quantitative Questions-20 Marks
Subject Questions-30 Marks 

Total-90 Marks

Types of NAT (For Students with 12 years of Education):

NAT IE (For Pre-Engineering)
NAT IM (For Pre-Medical)
NAT IA (For Arts Group)
NAT ICS (For Computer Science)
NAT IGS (For Education in General Science)
NAT ICOM (For Education in Commerce

English Section (Same for All):
1) Sentence Completion
2) Analogy
3) Antonym
4) Comprehension
5)Synonym

Analytical Section (Same for All):
1) Scenario Based
2) Statements Based

Quantitative Section (Same for All):
1)Arithmetic
2)Algebra
3)Geometry

Subject Section (Any 3 Subjects based on your previous Education)
Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Pak Studies, Islamiyat, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Computers, Statistics, Economics and Accounting.
