Fastest Cars in the World

In this article there is a list of Worlds fastest street-legal (refers to a vehicle such as an automobile, motorcycle, or light truck that is equipped and licensed for use on public roads)    but not production cars. The production car is a car of which 20 or more than 20 models were originally built by its manufacturer to the same or faster specification than the record setting example.
In the past it is difficult to compare claimed speeds of the fastest cars because there was no standardized method for determining the top speed. But now Guinness World Record certifies the top speed cars. But this article is about fastest cars in the world right now not about the fastest production cars. So following is the list of world’s fastest cars

5) Saleen S7 Twin Turbo

0-100 km/h (62 mph)                        2.10 sec

4) Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita Special Edition

The Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is a limited edition featuring a diamond weave carbon fibre finish. This stylish car is one of the most expensive streetlegal super cars of the world.

3) SSC Ultimate Aero

0-100 km/h (62 mph)                          2.8 sec
Price                                                   $656,000

2) Bugatti Veyron Super Sport

Max Speed                                         267.85mph (431 km/h)
0-100 km/h (62 mph)                          2.46 sec

So the Hennessey Venom Gt got the number 1 spot in our top fastest cars of the world list, this small Houston based company dethrones Volkswagen group multimillion dollar Bugatti Veyron Super Spot. Interestingly the company announced plans to release the more powerful Venom F5, named after the strongest category of tornadoes-twisters whose winds can reach more than 300 mph.
